This website is operated by Wild Moose Inc., doing business as 6 O’Clock (“6 O’Clock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting 6oclock.us, purchasing from us, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law through your use of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to the site when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Many 6 O’Clock products are made to order and produced by third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Product colors, garment washes, textures, print placement, measurements, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but minor manufacturing variations do not constitute defects.
Products, sizes, colors, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory or production issues, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting an order, including:
- Product
- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Billing information
Because items may enter production shortly after purchase, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may be added where required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.
5. SHIPPING
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Items within the same order may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment facilities and may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
6 O’Clock is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping is further governed by our Shipping Policy.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not generally provide returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Fit or personal preference
- Normal manufacturing variation
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used
- Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
Claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise must comply with our Return & Refund Policy, including any applicable deadlines and evidence requirements.
Submission of a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
7. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for following product care instructions.
Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or drying, alteration, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
8. FRAUD, ABUSE AND CHARGEBACKS
We reserve the right to investigate and deny claims that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, manipulated, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with carrier, payment, or fulfillment records.
Fraudulent payment disputes, false claims, or intentional misuse of our return or refund process may result in refusal of future service.
Nothing in this section limits any legal rights a customer may have to dispute a legitimate unauthorized or incorrect transaction.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The 6 O’Clock name, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, website design, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Wild Moose Inc. unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, payment processors, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, advertising platforms, and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, availability, or services of third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services. Shopify may process customer information in connection with providing its services.
11. WEBSITE CONTENT
We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue portions of the website or product offerings at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
12. USER CONDUCT
You may not use the site to:
- Commit or encourage unlawful activity
- Attempt fraud or payment abuse
- Transmit malicious software
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Scrape or harvest information unlawfully
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wild Moose Inc.’s principal place of business, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on the customer’s location.

We may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on this page at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
